This is my favorite thing. Something my girlfriend doodled for me at her friends house one night before we reunited. It's taped to my dashboard now, about the size of an index card. I can't doodle.

You just put a pen to paper and do it, man, and an hour/hours later you've got something.
My anxiety is color. I can't ever figure out how to color my doodles to my liking. I tried photoshop and someone made fun of me so I never did it again. I've tried colored pencils, markers, etc. never looks good to me.
this kid in a band asked me to draw him something and he put it on a cassette.
one of my color experiments

Yeah I usually just doodle in biro. I like opening my doodles in Preview (Mac) and then just fucking around with the Image Correction sliders for ages. You can get some pretty lush saturation if your tweakin' skills are on point.

That does look pretty cool. It looks like one of those kids' things you press with a plastic pen and it turns into different colors. I forget what you call that.

my dad left his notebook lying out by the computer one time when i was 12 and i opened it and the first page was a pretty much geometrically perfect tesselation of penises, covering the entire page.
