Let's talk Aguachile Alley

I’ve been playing Shinsekai: Into the Depths after picking it up on sale. I really like the movement, and the chill exploration is fun so far. Feels kind of like Metroid on pills. Lots of good vibey underwater trekking, soundtrack goes from ambient to vaguely-Icelandic rock to straight up prog for boss fights.

Those rule so much. It would be great to have a broken down school bus if I had the space, a cool place to hang out and get high or whatever.

Since FIFA 21 on the Switch is basically a copy/paste with updated rosters, IGN reposted it's review from last year for FIFA20 and gave it a 2/10 lol

I gave Fifa a go because my friend got a trial and we did some games on parsec and it's absolutely shocking. The fact they didn't even release a demo this year was a big sign it was going to be appalling. We've been playing PES and it's amazing how much of a mechanically better game it is despite it's fairly hilarious flaws.

FIFA on switch has always been terrible. It doesnt even run on the dame engine as the other consoles

i would love to play the game but these games notoriously never go on sale and there's no way i'd pay full price for a dynasty warriors game

Yeah, I mean I think it's going to be a really fun game tbh. The first one was a really fun game it just didn't have the hook to keep you in and playing so this one having that hook has me kinda of legit pumped to play it

Mario Tennis is cool but don’t pay anywhere near full price for it. The adventure mode is about an hour long and there’s just not much content. Online play at least seemed to work the few times I tried it.
NBA 2K is trash. Was playing 2K18 for a bit after picking it up on sale and about 20% of the games would glitch halfway thru and all the players would disappear from the court and that was it. Thought about grabbing the PGA Tour game for Switch but I’m not getting burned again.

hades is pretty fun. feel really stupid for buying 3d all stars when i've put like 10x more time and enjoyed ori and hades more than the stupid mario collection and both combined were less money.

hades is sick
got to hades last night for the first time and did a ton of damage but ultimately fucked it up because i was too nervous
been much more successful doing bow runs than sword runs
i failed miserably with the shield both times i tried it
haven't unlocked any other weapons
